I used to go to this car wash all the time years ago. I decided to go again today, despite me having to drive 20 minutes here. Big mistake. Almost $30 and they didn’t even shine my tires even though they said they will. On top of that, my car was left with water marks all on the outside and the floor mats were left dirty. When I went to pay and buy some carpet cleaning solution and rags, the old middle eastern lady inside was extremely rude. I asked for a bag to put my purchase FROM THIS PLACE in, and she just looked at me disgustingly and said “no bags.” What establishment doesn’t bag their customers’ items in??? I really do not recommend this place. Look at the other reviews. Shame on the owner for letting this place be so unprofessional.

This is the worst car wash; my car ended up with deep scratches after the wash, and the employees are just a bunch of slackers with absolutely no supervision. My respond: Your response is appreciated, but it does not reflect the seriousness of what happened. What occurred at your location was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially the damage to my vehicle and the lack of proper supervision from your team. This kind of experience should never happen in a service environment. At this point, returning would not make sense for me personally, as it would feel like accepting behavior that shows a lack of respect toward customers and their property. I do not intend to revisit your business. I also hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary internal corrections so other customers are not treated the same way.

Worst customer service ever. The package on the outside said full service...only to find out that full service means vacuum the interior and was the outside. The mats were left dirty, I had to beg to get them washed plus revaccum the carseats. Spoke to the manger he said I only paid for basic so they do not wipe the interior of the car. But the exterior was also left unwiped and i had to ask for a rag to do the rest. Shocking 🤯even after providing the receipt. Even after all my efforts the car was still in an undesirable state.

My father took his Alfa Romero to this car wash last Tuesday thinking it would be a good idea to use this car wash to get rid of the salt on his SUV. What we got back instead was a car that was still filthy with stains, covered in numerous scratch marks and rim damage (from the car wash conveyor pulling the left wheels). I'm honestly astounded by how this car wash can make so many mistakes in taking care of a car while cleaning but considering the past reviews of this establishment I shouldn't be too surprised. If you don't want to be greeted with many hidden damage surprises after washing your car here, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS unless you want incompetent staff ruining your car!

The guys here work very hard to give a nice clean to the car, inside and out 51 including mats, and pricing reasonable given NYC. Tipping is optional but working hard in the hot weather, attention to detail highly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Used to be a good car wash. I haven't been here in about 2 years since I moved. And wow. Quality of the wash here went down completely. Windows are still dirty, dirt streaks every where. I will probably never return. Paying 43 dollars plus tip for a job where the customers have to clean again immediately is not worth any penny *update* found deep scratches all over the paint and head lights. Avoid this trash hole at all cost.

Based on reviews i expected a mediocre job and that's what i got. Spots inside and outside that were dirty, like they won't roll down window to clean the edge. They're no longer hand wash only but it's an option for another $5. I've paid more for mediocre jobs in Nassau too so I'm glad i didn't pay so much for similar quality.

Would give establishment 0 stars if I could. After waiting on a long 20 minute car line , I give my car in when was asked to put vehicle in park. They explained service list options and Ofcourse I’d opt in for a VIP 50$ car wash.. they start with spray my wheels and driving it into the wash. I go in to my service and as I come out I realize everything inside of my car was SOAKED. Let’s also address my CLOTH SEATS. The owner or worker left my sunroof OPEN. To then explain to me that client is responsible for all windows yet NO PRECAUTIONS or protocols are measured prior to soaking vehicle in a car wash ? The response to my complaint from the owner was underwhelming and this car wash was way over priced for the service. The car was still soaked inside and there was clearly still dirt inside my car from the “interior VIP vacuum” NEVER GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. First and last time.
